Why did you become a real estate agent?

My personal experience with buying our first two homes was overwhelming and confusing! We had NO guidance on timelines, the endless paperwork and at the same time fearing we were paying too much. With my 15 year background as a custom furniture shop owner working with wonderful clients I was drawn to the one on one experience of real estate. I quickly realized I could create the experience for others that I wish I had. 

What can people expect when they work with you?

Part bull dog negotiator, part hand holder when we need to take a step back and make sure we are still on course for the end goal. Sometimes a tug out of your comfort zone to open up more options. ALWAYS a strategist because I'll never stop looking for ways to make this time easier on you while positioning you with the best deal possible.

What makes you different?

First, I think real estate works best when it doesn't feel like real estate — I'd rather have the longer conversation, hear what matters and be a trusted advisor. Secondly, I won't sit back and let online listings do the work for sellers or buyers. I am on the phone talking to neighbors, business owners and other agents EVERY single day so I can BRING the buyers and sellers to you.
