Hi, I'm Kimiyo —

I became a real estate agent in my home area of Southern New Hampshire because I believe everyone deserves to feel at home — not just in a house, but in the process of getting there.  My background is interior design and owner of a custom furniture shop for 14 years. This journey has led me to my happy place - helping people create the blueprint for the next chapter of their life! Being featured on the cover of HGTV magazine, in Better Homes and Gardens and Boston Magazine was such an honor in my career but what I valued most was the relationships I made along the way.  Its also my favorite part of real estate! There is nothing like helping my clients open a door to create their next best chapter.

My approach is simple: I'm your advisor all the way. Buying a home is one of the most exciting and biggest decisions you'll make and having a patient, knowledgeable advisor that won't push you into the wrong decision is key. I'm here to create relationships for life whether that means taking the long road with detours and speed bumps along the way OR rolling up my sleeves to do whatever it takes to reach your goals. Part bull dog negotiator, part hand holder when we need to take a step back and make sure we are still on course or to give you a little tug out of your comfort zone and ALWAYS a strategist because I'll never stop looking for ways to make one of the biggest decisions easier on you while working every angle to get you the best deal possible. 

I live and breathe Southern New Hampshire — from Salem to Seabrook and Plaistow to Windham. This is my community, and I'm proud to help people plant roots here!
